Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines for large-scale datasets using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate KPIs
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data storytelling
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Tableau and Power BI with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into data solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with Python data libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end analytical projects
