Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover actionable business insights
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Lead data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and predictive modeling
