Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data models using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Automate reporting workflows and maintain data governance frameworks
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Lead ad-hoc data projects to uncover hidden growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong business acumen with experience translating data into ROI insights
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Certification in Tableau or Google Analytics preferred
- Experience working in remote-first teams
