Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, preferably Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences effectively.
