Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Extraction: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive data reports and executive summaries that drive strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries), Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems through data.
