Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau to track KPIs across business units
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities in customer behavior data
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Create predictive models to forecast revenue, customer churn, and market trends
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency and quality
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
