Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate key performance indicators
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and predictive opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and recommendations
- Optimize data collection processes and implement A/B testing frameworks
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in a corporate environment
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R for data manipulation and analysis
- Advanced experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact analytical projects with measurable results
