Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform in-depth data mining, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality data integrity for reporting.
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders through clear, compelling reports and presentations.
- Optimize data pipelines and SQL queries to improve data retrieval speed and efficiency.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
