Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end data analysis process, from data collection and cleaning to advanced modeling and reporting.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop intuitive, interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex datasets and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries to extract data from large relational databases and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends, identify market opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Communication: Present complex analytical findings to executive leadership in a clear, compelling, and actionable format.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Expert-level proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and data mining techniques.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
