Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models for retail sales forecasting and inventory optimization
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs for executive stakeholders
- Analyze customer transaction data to identify purchasing trends and loyalty program opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics team to reduce transportation costs through route optimization analytics
- Develop A/B testing frameworks for marketing campaign performance measurement
- Present findings to cross-functional departments with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure regulatory compliance across all datasets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with retail industry focus
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R programming
- Expert-level experience with Tableau and Power BI visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background including regression and time-series modeling
