Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define metrics for success.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and PowerBI to track real-time business performance.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python/R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) is required.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
