Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Partner with product teams to design and implement A/B testing frameworks
- Create automated reporting pipelines to monitor key performance indicators
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Lead data quality initiatives and ensure dataset integrity
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative data culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with focus on business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data warehousing
