Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data models to solve complex business challenges
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor business health and trends
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau or Power BI certification with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) data warehousing
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
