Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business health.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define metrics, track product performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and user behavior.
- Create automated reporting solutions to reduce manual data entry and significantly improve operational efficiency.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise presentations and written reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting complex datasets.
- Expert level knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and data integrity.
