Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities using SQL, Python, and R
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop statistical models for forecasting and predictive analytics initiatives
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Lead data quality initiatives and implement robust ETL pipelines
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in tech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data tools (Spark)
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with experience in agile environments
