Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business reporting and analytics requirements.
- Visualize data using tools like Tableau or Power BI to create interactive dashboards that provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Perform advanced data cleaning, validation, and statistical analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Partner with product and operations teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define metrics for success.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences through clear reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to evaluate the impact of new features and marketing initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and experience writing complex queries.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and statistical analysis concepts.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
