Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity of analytics outputs
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Optimize data collection processes to enhance efficiency and reduce reporting latency
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analytics experience with proven track record
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics preferred
