Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business questions, data requirements, and reporting needs.
- Automate data collection processes and implement ETL pipelines to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
