Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and recommend data-driven strategies to improve operational workflows.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical models to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for complex querying; strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker); familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Statistical Knowledge: Deep understanding of statistical principles, A/B testing, regression analysis, and data mining techniques.

- Tools: Experience with Excel (advanced functions) and data warehouse systems (e.g., Snowflake, SQL Server).
