Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Insights: Analyze complex, multi-source datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Visualization Mastery: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to define key questions and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance by establishing robust data quality frameworks and documentation standards.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to forecast trends and optimize operational efficiency.
- Automated Reporting: Streamline reporting processes by building automated ETL pipelines and custom scripts to reduce manual effort.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current analytical workflows and propose innovative solutions to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying, window functions) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expert-level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive actionable insights from raw data.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop/Spark) is highly desirable.
