Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and AWS
- Create interactive dashboards with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify operational inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present findings to C-suite executives with compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development skills
- Experience with healthcare data (HIPAA compliance knowledge a plus)
- Strong business acumen and data storytelling abilities
- Certification in AWS or Google Cloud Analytics (preferred)
