Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and deliver actionable insights
- Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Implement statistical models to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and communicate results to non-technical audiences
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines ensuring data quality and accessibility
- Present findings to C-suite executives and influence strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
