Responsibilities
- Lead Data Analysis: Interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL & Data Mining: Write efficient SQL queries and perform data mining to support business reporting and forecasting.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data infrastructure.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting workflows and enhance data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive solutions.
- Tools: Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
