Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and generate business insights
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and implement data-driven solutions
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data stories and recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with demonstrated impact in business settings
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
