Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines for real-time data processing
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs
- Perform statistical modeling to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for new features
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through data storytelling
- A/B test hypotheses and implement optimization strategies
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with GDPR/CCPA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong statistical modeling skills (regression, clustering, time series)
- Proven ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects with measurable impact
