Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data models to support business KPIs and predictive analytics
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Partner with product teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Automate reporting workflows using SQL and Python for operational efficiency
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and ETL processes
- Strong statistical analysis background with experience in hypothesis testing
- Python/R programming skills for data manipulation and modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
