Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business health.
- Perform deep-dive analysis of large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Clean, validate, and integrate data from various sources including SQL databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic planning.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and querying.
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and Solver).
- Experience with Python or R is a significant plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
