Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and KPIs
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses
- Maintain data quality standards and improve ETL processes
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data storytelling projects
- Experience working with government or public sector data preferred
