Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyze large datasets to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities
- Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms to forecast business outcomes
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain data integrity and optimize database performance
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in fast-paced environments
