Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Create predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control processes and documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL with experience optimizing complex queries
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
