Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical testing to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
