Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis solutions using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs for 15+ business units
- Conduct statistical modeling to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Partner with product teams to design A/B tests and measure campaign effectiveness
- Create executive-level presentations translating complex findings into strategic recommendations
- Maintain and optimize data infrastructure ensuring 99.9% data integrity
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of data governance practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression, clustering, and time-series analysis
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business impact for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Certification in data analysis or business intelligence (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft BI)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
