We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our elite team at Tulsa Analytics Partners. In this role, you will serve as the primary interpreter of our company’s data landscape, translating complex datasets into actionable business strategies that drive revenue and operational efficiency. We are looking for a candidate who is not just comfortable with numbers, but passionate about uncovering the stories they tell.
What You Will Do:
• Own the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle, from data mining to reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Visualization: Design and deploy comprehensive dashboards that provide real-time insights into business performance, ensuring data accuracy and visual appeal.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources; participate in database optimization.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current reporting processes and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling narrative format.
- Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data security standards and maintain documentation for data models and pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems through data-driven methodologies.
