Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize data for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Data Quality: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes.
- Reporting: Present findings and insights to management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the data pipeline.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Strong knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Tools: Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
