Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to track campaign performance and optimize customer acquisition strategies.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences through clear presentations and written documentation.
- Identify gaps in current data processes and propose solutions to improve data collection and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases and extracting data.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on translating data into business value.
