Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Implement data quality controls and improve data governance practices across departments
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Support A/B testing and experimental design for product optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of complex projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Effective communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
