Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to process 1M+ daily records
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards providing real-time insights to executive leadership
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast sales trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Google Analytics or Tableau Desktop is a plus
