Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to provide real-time visibility into KPIs.
- Clean, transform, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish data governance standards.
- Present findings and actionable insights to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Automate data extraction processes using Python or SQL to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries, joins, stored procedures) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
- Experience working with large, messy datasets and experience in ETL processes.
