Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis, trend forecasting, and A/B testing to evaluate marketing campaigns and product features.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and drive product strategy.
- Identify data anomalies, trends, and opportunities for process optimization across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for translating technical data into business value.
