Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data models to solve complex business challenges
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Partner with product teams to conduct A/B testing and optimize user journeys
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations and strategic impact
- Maintain data integrity across multiple databases and ETL processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced certification in Tableau or Power BI (required)
- Strong background in data visualization and storytelling techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
