Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Design, build, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business reporting needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership and product teams in a clear, concise manner.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) with the ability to write complex queries and stored procedures.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent understanding of statistical concepts, A/B testing, and data mining techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
