Responsibilities
- Data Architecture: Design and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow from multiple sources.
- Visual Analytics: Build interactive, high-performance dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and solve complex business problems.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards, documentation protocols, and best practices for data storage.
- Strategic Reporting: Deliver clear, concise, and persuasive presentations that translate technical findings into business recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Proven experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Industry Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence within a corporate environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
