Apex Analytics is a leading data-driven organization headquartered in the vibrant Loop of Chicago. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for uncovering trends, patterns, and insights in complex data sets to help drive our strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python, and R.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify key business opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and KPIs.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical modeling is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
