Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise data narratives
- Maintain documentation of data models, methodologies, and analytical processes
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
