Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate complex insights
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize business KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Create comprehensive data quality frameworks and ensure data governance compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data-driven decision-making culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification in Tableau or AWS Data Analytics a plus
