Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and implement tracking solutions
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to optimize user experience and conversion rates
- Present findings to cross-functional teams through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work components
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design experience
- Proven ability to translate complex insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
