Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL and Python to automate reporting workflows
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives through concise executive summaries and data narratives
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and quality assurance processes
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects to support strategic initiatives and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven track record in business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel functions
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex data visualization projects using Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with statistical modeling techniques (regression, clustering, time-series analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Experience working with government or regulatory datasets preferred
