Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines processing 10M+ daily transactions using SQL and Python
- Design interactive Tableau dashboards providing real-time performance metrics to executive stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis using R/Python to identify market trends and revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to implement A/B tests measuring feature impact on user engagement
- Create executive-ready presentations translating complex findings into strategic recommendations
- Maintain data quality frameworks ensuring 99.9% accuracy across all reporting systems
- Mentor junior analysts through our structured knowledge-sharing program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analytics with financial services or SaaS industry background
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau certification with portfolio of 10+ enterprise-level dashboards
- Strong statistical knowledge including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
