Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Python to process large-scale datasets
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present analytical findings to leadership teams with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Maintain and improve data quality frameworks and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis with proven track record
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
