Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support business reporting.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and analytics roadmaps.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to identify market trends and user behavior patterns.
- Present actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
